Disputes and supervision
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority is competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (adr.coi.cz). Consumer protection is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, data protection by the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
