Withdrawal from the contract
You can withdraw from your Ayva subscription contract without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding it — for a subscription with a free trial, from the day you started the trial (in Google Play or on the web).
The quickest way is in the app: Settings → Account Settings → Withdraw from contract → Confirm withdrawal. Here you can do it even without the app.
How it works
- Enter your e-mail — ideally the one your Ayva account uses — and, to help us find your contract, your name and, if you have it, the Google Play order number (it starts with “GPA.” and is in Google Play’s purchase confirmation).
- We send you a link valid for 24 hours. This verifies that the e-mail address is yours.
- On the page the link opens, tap Confirm withdrawal. That sends your withdrawal, and we immediately confirm receipt by e-mail with its content, date and time.
The deadline is met if you send the form before the period ends — we judge it by the time you sent the form, even if you confirm the link later. Your request isn’t lost even if you don’t confirm the link: if you fill in the form again, the time of the first one counts, and otherwise we hand it to the operator for manual review after the link expires. If the period ends today and the link doesn’t arrive, write to us directly at veselyjan@ayvaai.com — an e-mail is a valid withdrawal too.

What happens next
- During the free trial we end the subscription so it doesn’t renew — you pay nothing.
- After you have paid we refund the full payment the same way you paid (through Google Play or the web payment) within 14 days at the latest, and end the subscription.
- Anything that can’t be handled automatically is reviewed by a person and we get back to you within 14 days.
Withdrawal is not the same as cancelling in Google Play — cancelling only stops the next renewal. Details and the model form are in the terms of service.
