How does the free trial work?

The first 14 days are free on every plan, once per user. On Android you start the subscription in Google Play, so you need a payment method there; on desktop and the web you start it on a web payment page. Lower limits may apply during the trial, mainly for voice. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged.
Is the yearly plan worth it?

The yearly plan costs CZK 2,490 / €109.99 a year, which is ≈ CZK 207.50 / €9.17 a month — you save up to 31 % compared with paying monthly. It has the same 14 days free and renews after a year until you cancel.
What is Ayva Plus?

The same Ayva with a bigger voice limit: up to 150 minutes a month instead of 75. It costs CZK 499 / €21.99 a month incl. VAT, is monthly only, and has the same 14 days free.
How do I cancel?

On Android in the Google Play app: profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ayva → Cancel. A subscription bought on the web is cancelled in Ayva under Settings → Subscription. Ayva keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for (a month, or a year on the yearly plan).
Which phones does Ayva work on?

Phones with Android 7.0 or newer and Google Play services. iPhone isn't supported yet.
Why 18+?

Ayva works with personal data and generative AI. It's a service for adults, so we only offer it to people aged 18 and over.
Why is voice limited per month?
+
Real-time voice is the most expensive part to run. The limit keeps the price fair for everyone and is plenty for normal use; if you talk a lot, Ayva Plus has a bigger limit. Typing has no fixed monthly limit — only fair use under the terms applies.
