Delete your Ayva account

You can delete your account and all data Ayva holds about you right in the app (Settings → Account Settings → Delete account), or here — even without the app or your phone.

Before you delete your account

  • Cancel your subscription in Google Play. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription and Google Play would keep charging you. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ayva. Cancel a subscription paid on the web in the app under Settings → Subscription before deleting.
  • Want your money back? Within 14 days of starting the subscription you can withdraw from the contract. Then wait with deleting the account until you get the e-mail saying the withdrawal has been handled.
  • Want to keep your data? Download it first in the app (Settings → Privacy & data → Download my data). It can’t be restored after deletion.

What is deleted

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We immediately delete your profile and settings, chat history including photos and videos, memory (what Ayva knows about you), contacts, places and automations, the phone calendar, connected services (Google Calendar, Spotify, MCP servers) and their access keys, reminders and notifications, shared reminders, consents, invitations, product events and withdrawal records. At the same time we ask the payment processor (RevenueCat) to delete your subscription data; if that fails automatically, we delete it there manually.

What remains

  • Google Play keeps its own order and payment history under its own rules — it is an independent controller.
  • If someone already received a reward thanks to your invitation, they keep it, but it is no longer linked to your account.
  • Error reports (Sentry, with the account identifier only) and Firebase statistics, if you turned them on, expire after their retention period — at most 90 days, or 14 months for statistics.
  • Technical data about the security of your phone and the app that Talsec received (the freeRASP app protection, not linked to your account) is governed by Talsec’s own rules — it is an independent controller for it.
  • Deleted data may briefly remain in automatic database backups at the database provider until the backups are overwritten.
